Minneapolis ( (listen)) is the largest and most-populous city in the US state of Minnesota and the seat of Hennepin County, the state's most-populous county. Underground and independent hip-hop and rap scenes produced artists such as Lizzo, Brother Ali, Atmosphere, and Dessa. Minneapolis is often ranked as one of the best cities in the US for biking.
