Mojibake (Wen Zi Hua ke, IPA: [modzibake]), is the uncodified text result of text being decoded with an unintended character encoding. This is the systematic replacement of symbols by completely unrelated symbols, often using a different writing system. Gateshead () is a large town in Tyne and Wear, England, on the southern bank of the River Tyne opposite Newcastle upon Tyne. Gateshead and Newcastle are joined by seven bridges across the Tyne, including the Gateshead Millennium Bridge.
