Rosh HaAyin (Hebrew: רֹאשׁ הָעַיִן‎, lit. '"fountainhead"', Hebrew pronunciation: [ˌʁoʃ (h)aˈ(ʔ)ajin]) is a city in the Central District of Israel. To the west of Rosh HaAyin is the fortress of Antipatris and the source of the Yarkon River.



To the southeast is the fortress of Migdal Afek (Migdal Tzedek). In 2019, it had a population of 61,801.

Târgu Cărbunești is a town in Gorj County, Oltenia, Romania with a population of 7,897 (as of 2011). It lies in the south-eastern part of the county and administers ten villages: Blahnița de Jos, Cărbunești-Sat, Cojani, Crețești, Curteana, Floreșteni, Măceșu, Pojogeni, Rogojeni and Ștefănești.
