Noyabrsk (Russian: Ноя́брьск, IPA: [nɐˈjabrʲsk]) is the largest city in Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Russia, located in the middle of the West Siberian oil fields, on the Tyumen–Novy Urengoy railway about 300 kilometers (190 mi) north of Surgut.
