New Braunfels ( (listen) BRAWN-felz) is a city in Comal and Guadalupe counties in the U.S. state of Texas known for its German-Texan heritage. It is the seat of Comal County. The city covers 44.9 square miles (116 km2) and has a 2019 estimated population of 90,209.

A suburb just north of San Antonio, and part of the Greater San Antonio metropolitan area, it is the third-fastest-growing city in the United States.

Chattanooga is a city in and the county seat of Hamilton County, Tennessee, along the Tennessee River bordering Georgia. With an estimated population of 182,799 in 2019, it is Tennessee's fourth-largest city and one of the two principal cities of East Tennessee, along with Knoxville. The city anchors the Chattanooga metropolitan area, Tennessee's fourth-largest metropolitan statistical area, as well as a larger three-state area that includes Southeast Tennessee, Northwest Georgia, and Northeast Alabama.
