Miskolc (UK: MEESH-kolts, US: MISH-kohlts, Hungarian: [ˈmiʃkolt͡s] (listen); Czech and Slovak: Miškovec; German: Mischkolz; Yiddish: Mishkoltz; Romanian: Mișcolț) is a city in northeastern Hungary, known for its heavy industry.

With a population of 161,265 (1 Jan 2014) Miskolc is the fourth largest city in Hungary (behind Budapest, Debrecen, and Szeged). It is also the county capital of Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén and the regional centre of Northern Hungary.

Dallas City is a city in Hancock and Henderson counties in the U.S. state of Illinois. The population was 945 at the 2010 census, a decline from 1,055 in 2000. The Hancock County portion of Dallas City is part of the Fort Madison–Keokuk, IA–IL–MO Micropolitan Statistical Area, and the Henderson County portion of Dallas City is part of the Burlington, IA–IL Micropolitan Statistical Area.
