Helena (listen; ) is the state capital of the U.S. state of Montana and the county seat of Lewis and Clark County.Helena was recognized as a gold camp during the Montana gold rush, and established on October 30, 1864. On account of the gold rush, Helena would turn into a wealthy city, with roughly 50 millionaires inhabiting the area by 1888. The concentration of wealth contributed to the city's prominent, elaborate Victorian architecture.At the 2010 census Helena's population was 28,190, making it the fifth least populous state capital in the USA and the sixth most populous city in Montana.

It's the principal town of the Helena Micropolitan Statistical Area, including all of Lewis and Clark and Jefferson counties; its inhabitants is 81,653 according to the 2019 Census Estimate.The local daily newspaper is the Independent Record. The town is served by Helena Regional Airport (HLN).

Atlanta () is the capital and most populous city of the U.S. state of Georgia. With an estimated 2019 population of 506,811, it is also the 37th most populous city in the United States. The city serves as the cultural and economic center of the Atlanta metropolitan area, home to more than 6 million people and the ninth-largest metropolitan area in the nation. Revitalization of Atlanta's neighborhoods, initially spurred by the 1996 Summer Olympics, has intensified in the 21st century, altering the city's demographics, politics, aesthetics, and culture.
