Cachoeiro de Itapemirim (local Portuguese pronunciation: [kaʃuˈe(j)ɽu ˌdʒiːtapemiˈɾĩj]) is a municipality and a major town, located in the south of Espírito Santo, Brazil, on the banks of the Itapemirim River.
