Ales (Sardinian pronunciation: Abas), is a small village in Oristano, on the island Sardinia in Italy's Mediterranean Sea. It is located on Mount Arci's eastern slopes. This is the only source of obsidian in Sardinia.
Ales, together with Terralba form the Roman Catholic Diocese of Ales–Terralba.

Iguape is a municipality located into the Ribeira Valley in the southern portion of the state of São Paulo, Brazil.
