The Imperial a modernist style building designed by Architect Hafeez Contracter is a twin-tower ultra luxury residential skyscraper complex in the billionaires row of Mumbai, India which is one of the tallest completed buildings in India. In 2010 its construction was completed and the towers were inaugurated.

It is home to influential individuals like Axis Bank CEO Shikha Sharma, HDFC chairman Deepak Parekh's son, senior lawyer Satish Maneshinde, The Daga Family of Betul Oil Ltd. and senior management executives of US private equity fund Blackstone.

Wenzhou World Trade Center (Chinese: ????????) is a 68-floor supertall skyscraper in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China. Construction of the building began on 9 June 2003 and was completed in 2010 at 333 m (1,093 feet ), giving it the name of the 107th-tallest construction in the world. It's located in the downtown area of Wenzhou in which it stands as the tallest building in the city, the tallest in Zhejiang province and the 56th-tallest in China. The Wenzhou World Trade Center is to be used as office space and a luxury hotel. Original plans called for the Wenzhou World Trade Center to be just 260 m (853 ft) tall.
