The Prime Tower, also called'Maag-Tower' in a previous stage of preparation, is a skyscraper in Zurich, Switzerland. At a height of 126 metres (413 feet ), it was the highest skyscraper in Switzerland from 2011 until 2015, when the Roche Tower at Basel (standing at 178 metres (584 feet )) was finished.
The building is situated near the Hardbrücke railway station. The tower replaces an industrial facility that's been demolished. According to its developers, the tower's construction, which took 15 years to plan and execute, was a financial success, with its valuation based on rental rates exceeding the building cost by CHF 110 million.
