Lod (hebräisch לוד;) ist der alte hebräische und heute offizielle israelische Name einer Stadt in Israel. Der arabische Name ist Al-Ludd (arabisch اللد, DMG al-Ludd). Lod liegt im Zentralbezirk Israels etwa 20 Kilometer östlich von Tel Aviv am Fluss Ajalon.

Bis 1948 hatte die Stadt den gräzisierten Namen Lydda. 2018 hatte Lod 75.726 Einwohner.Lod ist durch seine Lage an der Straße von Jaffa nach Jerusalem seit der Antike ein wichtiger Verkehrsknotenpunkt.
