Newark and Sherwood ist ein District in der Grafschaft Nottinghamshire in England. Verwaltungssitz ist die Stadt Newark-on-Trent. Weitere bedeutende Orte sind Bilsthorpe, Blidworth, Clipstone, Ollerton, Rainworth und Southwell.
